In our fleet: Cunzolo Cranes and Platforms

18 March 2014

Cunzolo was founded in 1967 as an earthmoving specialist. It began by leasing shovels, loaders and bulldozers. In 1972 the firm began leasing cranes.

Cunzolo's first investments, in 1972-73, were in hydraulic cranes, which were, at the time, a modern invention. There was a reluctance among hirers to move from using lattice boom cranes.

We saw an opportunity to grow, and acquired seven new pieces of equipment. Foremost among these were a Grove TMS 475 and Grove TMS 300, which were considered high-end machines.

The company continued to expand its range of new equipment, as well as increasing the size of the organisation.

With the success of the activities in Campinas and São José dos Campos, the company moved into other markets by opening branches in Taubaté and Sorocaba, where business is already booming. More development is coming with the new fronts and planned growth that administrators are preparing.

Today, our equipment fleet is diverse: besides leasing of cranes and aerial platforms, we also operate in the transportation and industrial removal segment. We can transport a whole factory from one location to another if the client requires us to.

Our largest concentration of jobs is in the southeastern region of the country, because of our offices in the region, but we work on projects throughout Brazil.

Our fleet consists of the best brands in the national and international markets: Liebherr, Manitowoc, Tadano, Palfinger and more. We have industrial cranes, all terrains, truck mounted cranes and rough terrains: everything we need to meet the expectations and challenges of our clients.
