Rapid luffing, compact tower

28 April 2016

The J265PA rope luffer is designed with versatile load chart with a maximum load of 18t, a minimum reach from 30m to 11.5t and a maximum reach from 60m to 2.2t.

The company says that it is an optimised luffing jib tower crane with high speed mechanism, which can achieve a maximum of 336m/ min. This tower crane has an emergency brake on luffing and hoist winches, and 10m out-of-service park radius. In addition, the crane provides a maximum freestand of 73.1m with 2.16m mast.

The J118HPA hydraulic luffing jib crane is compact and extraordinary light, with a narrow mast of 1.2m. The hydraulic ram at rear end of tower can guarantee longer service life.

This tower crane is designed with a hoist mechanism on top of the jib for safer operation, including a maximum load of 6t, a minimum reach from 30m to 4.5t and a maximum reach from 45m to 1.6t.

In addition, the J118HPA provides an emergency brake on the hoist winch with extremely steep out-of-service distance of 7m.

The crane is optimised for transport, reaching a maximum freestanding height with just three lorry loads of compoents.

This model continues the success of the bigger J168HPA, which was introduced in 2014 to provide an answer to market demand for low energy consumption, the company says. The crane can presently be found in Australia, Mexico and above all UK.

The J265PA has been sold to Korea, increasing Jaso's own fleet there.

Jaso group will also show the best seller mast climbing work platform, the GP40 with special corner kit, as well as the GTC25 tower crane elevator.

Jaso will showcase at Bauma its new J265PA tower crane - an evolution of the company’s J208PA rope luffer - and the J118HPA hydraulic luffer.
