Sensor overload

20 February 2017

Hirschmann MCS will exhibit its advanced control systems and sensors for lifting applications at ConExpo 2017, stand G72715.

Hirschmann MCS provides crane operator aids, control systems and sensors, including load-moment indicators, wireless/wired load, angle, and anti-two-block systems for mobile cranes.

These systems and sensors meet OEM and retrofit requirements in lifting applications.

At ConExpo 2017, Hirschmann MCS will be launching phase two of the PRS90 indicator, which offers wireless and hardwired system options. The PRS90 system features a 4.3in colour graphic display that monitors and displays up to eight sensors at a time. The PRS90 is suitable for use in hydraulic, lattice, industrial, port, harbour and offshore crane applications.

Also on display will be the qSCALE I2/I3 load-moment indicator, which features advanced software capabilities, simplified calibration, and superior HMI graphic interface with 4.3 and 7.0in colour display options. The qSCALE I2/I3 supports various features used in telescopic crane applications, and is quickly and easily installed.

Hirschmann will also feature the consoles, controls and sensors from the iSCALE Control System, which can be used in a wide range of applications, from monitoring standards to custom control solutions.

Hirschmann MCS will launch Phase II of the PRS90 indicator at ConExpo.
