Waha Capital buys into Gallagher parentFree

Abu Dhabi's Waha Capital has acquired a 49% stake in GMMOS Group, the parent company of Gallagher mobile crane rental, one of the Gulf's oldest and largest crane rental firms. The move is part of a strategy to build a major maritime business, to fit within Waha's larger diversified holdings.
