Böcker has launched a new crawler crane, the RK 36/2400, which will not lose its grip, even on soft.

Providing a compact crawler chassis, the crawler crane can ensure reliable traction, optimal floor load distribution and also guarantees excellent maneuverability on any terrain. With a maximum extension length of 36m and load capacities of up to 2,400kg, the new model also improves its performance with a low dead weight of only 4,650kg.

The RK 36/2400 is designed for extension lengths of up to 36m, lifting safely loads up to a maximum of 2,400kg. Even with a load of 250kg, a range of 23m can still be achieved thanks to its fully hydraulic telescoping hybrid mast section.

In creeping mode the chassis of the RK 36/2400 reaches a speed of 2.4 km/h, and 4.5 km/h in rapid mode. The crane is powered by a powerful diesel engine. It can be additionally equipped with an electric motor with the same performance data, so that silent and emission-free working is ensured without a loss of power. This enables operation in industrial systems or production halls. The variable Multiflex support of the crane with a maximum support pressure of 27,000 Newton can be easily operated using a remote control unit with a colour display and is equipped with an automatic self-levelling function.

The RK 36/2400 has versatile application options. For instance, it can't only be used as a crane, but also as a working platform with a permanently mounted and rotating working cage. It can be quickly converted through its easy lock system without any tools. This also makes it a valuable helper in hall, glass and facade construction as well as in gardening and horticulture applications.

The crawler chassis of the RK 36/2400 can ensure reliable traction and grip even on soft grass.
The remote control unit of the RK 36/2400 is fitted with a colour display and enables convenient and efficient operation of the crane.
The support of the RK 36/2400 can be variably adapted to construction site conditions and is equipped with an automatic self-levelling function.
The maximum ground clearance of 1.20m enables quick loading on transport trucks.
