The delivery of a six-axle MultiMax semi-low loader to Fujishiro Motors marked the beginning of a new chapter for Belgian trailer manufacturer Faymonville, as it was its first one to Japan.

Fujishiro is acting as national agent within the framework of the cooperation with Faymonville. “We’re very proud to represent the brand Faymonville in Japan“, said general manager Daisuke Fujishiro.

The end customer for this maiden vehicle is the Seishin company.

“They are doing general transportation, an ideal field of activity to use all the different transport possibilities of the flexible MultiMax semi-trailer,“ said Fujishiro.

The extension of the loading platform (from 11m to 18.5m) allows the user to carry different lengths of transport goods. The hydraulic gooseneck with its compensation enables the vehicle to pass uneven ground and obstacles. The 6-axle semi-trailer has a technical payload of about 85t.

According to the company, the next orders followed quickly and a four-axle and two two-axle low bed trailers will start the trip from Belgium to Japan soon.
