Titan Group of Companies (Titan) has supplied three Jaso luffers for the construction of the AU$700m Ribbon project in the heart of Sydney’s Darling Harbour.

The Ribbon has earned its name for the undulating form that rises through two elevated roadways on Sydney’s Darling Harbour. The 25 storey Ribbon building will stand 90m tall with 60,000sqm floorspace made up of 450 hotel rooms, 146 serviced apartments, Imax theatre, restaurants, bar, gym, business centre and ballroom.

The Jaso cranes used for this project are a Jaso J780PA electric luffer with 28t line pull and two two J438PA cranes each with 16t line pull.

The cranes were erected in 2018 and will soon be dismantled, as the project is due for completion in 2021.
