Glasgow-based Leggat Plant Limited has taken delivery of two Terex AC 40/2L all terrain cranes.

The first crane was delivered in August, closely followed by the second one in September.

The AC 40/2L has a maximum system length of 45.4m, combined with a compact overall length of 10.79m.

Eddy Donaghy, director at Leggat Plant Limited, said: “We have a long working relationship with Terex Cranes and receive a high level of support from the UK based team. We bought our first crane from Terex in the 1960’s, dating back to the former PPM era, and have purchased a number of cranes in recent years, including a Terex AC 100/4L, Challenger 3160, Explorer 5500 and a AC 80-2, therefore when we required two new 40t class machines, Terex Cranes was the obvious choice for this business.”

The company has more than 15 cranes in its fleet, ranging from 25t up to 130t.
