Manitex launches TC65159 truck mounted crane
4 November 2020Manitex International has launched the 65USt TC65159 truck mounted crane, which features a five-section 159ft (48.5m) full power, proportionally extended boom with maximum tip height of 168ft.
Equipped with one-piece 38ft offset lattice jib, it can offer a tip height of 206ft.
The company stated “The new longer boom will provide excellent relative stiffness in long reach applications making it attractive to steel erectors and other duty cycle applications where production work is key.”
The TC65159 will also offer asymmetrical outrigger positioning with increased ground penetration allowing the operator additional flexibility when setting up in confined spaces or on uneven terrain.

At the same time, Manitex is pleased to announce the TC60131 will be upgraded to 65-ton base rating beginning with new deliveries effective January of 2021.
