Chinese crane manufacturer XCMG has established a co-operation agreement with Kamaz, the biggest truck manufacturer in Russia.

The agreement covers specialised vehicles including truck-mounted cranes, forestry cranes, hook arms for sanitation trucks, and crane trucks with universal chassis.

XCMG has previously worked with Kamaz on long-arm truck mounted cranes, and the two companies have signed an agreement of bulk purchase. The Chinese company has already made improvements to the adaptability of truck-mounted cranes, making the machines more competitive in the Russian market, said XCMG.

Deal maker: China’s XCMG and Russia’s Kamaz will work together on specialised vehicles including truck-mounted cranes.
