19 May 2009

Terex’s Waverly operation, where Terex Cranes North America manufactures rough terrain cranes, boom trucks and truck cranes, has been temporarily shutdown and 114 employees made redundant.

Waverly, one of two Terex Cranes North America manufacturing sites, has stopped production for the period 18 May to 19 June. Terex has also announced a further five-day production shutdown planned for 3-7 August.
