Manitowoc to open Brazilian factory
Monday, February 28, 2011 Manitowoc has announced that it will open a new factory in Passo Fundo, Brazil. The facility, expanding over an area of 25000 sq m, will produce mobile hydraulic cranes. It will be supported by Manitowoc’s existing sales and services office in Sau Paulo.

With this deal, and the opening of a new TNT branch in Baton Rouge, TNT now has a presence in all six of the main centres for the petrochemical and refinery sector in the region.
