50-year celebrations for Effer
7 December 2015 by Daniel SearleEffer has celebrated 50 years of business with an event at its headquarters in Bologna, Italy.
Almost 200 dealers and clients visited the company during the event, which included demonstrations of Effer's cranes and other equipment. This included the Icon 215, launched as the first 20tm crane with slewing ring, and a 525 6s and 6s HD on a CWE crawler, installed with partner Brennero Gru and designed to be particularly compact.
Effer president Lorenzo Cipriani joined the event via live video streaming from the company's plant in Taranto, where Effer's light and medium-range cranes and fly jibs are produced.
