Elca Mito
14 December 2006Elca has recently opened a new 1200 sq m production and office facility in Mussolente, Vicenza, northeast Italy. The plant has been designed with an eye to its potential for production expansion in the future.

One of the first new products to come off the lines in January 2007 will be Elco's new radio remote system, Mito. Mito is an industrial control unit built with new technology, with a choice from two to eight channels. The remote has an operating range of 150, and transmits at 868-870MHz. It can withstand temperatures between -20°C (-36°F) to 55°C (131°F).
The 113mm x 60mm x 26mm, 100g, remote will feature an internal 3.7v lithium battery, an IP 67 compliant sealed casing, and variable settings. Potential applications include
small cranes, as well as other construction and industrial uses such as concrete mixers and winches.
