Palfinger Sany will be showcasing at Bauma a wide range of upgraded mobile cranes with CE certification, including truck cranes, rough terrain cranes, all terrain cranes and truckmounted telescopic cranes. In particular, the attention will be focused on a new CE-marked rough terrain crane, 55t.

Palfinger Sany is a joint venture between the Austrian and Chinese crane manufacturers. The joint venture has two main arms, one building knuckleboom cranes and other Palfinger technology in China for local sale, and another selling Sany-built mobile cranes around the world, using Palfinger's sales and service network. It is this second part of the JV that will be showing cranes in Munich.

The SRC550 is the medium model within Palfinger Sany's range of 35t, 55t and 75t rough terrains. Features of this rough terrain crane include a boom length from 11.5 to 43m with five sections; an excellent off-road performance with four-wheel steering; an ultra long and strong boom base; an extended warranty term covering 18 months or 2250 working hours; and a powerful DongFeng Cummins engine with Euro 4 Standard.

The company says the series of cranes all offer a powerful engine and an optimally coordinated safety and control system, backed up by high-quality service support. Palfinger Sany rough terrain cranes are indispensable on international construction sites in many parts of Russia, Middle East, North America and South East Asia.

The powerful rough terrain cranes are used due to their flexibility in different areas of operations, the company says.

"Visiting the area FN620/9 at Bauma, you can explore Palfinger Sany's mobile crane innovations for the European market to facilitate working on construction sites, road building and a broad variety of loading and lifting operations," the company says.

Palfinger Sany International Mobile Cranes Sales GmbH represents a joint venture company between the Austrian knuckleboom manufacturer and Chines crane builder.

Specifically, Palfinger Sany combines the strengths and competences of Sany Heavy Industries in construction machinery production with the high standards of Palfinger AG in terms of quality and service.

"Investments in mobile service, service partners and own service stations guarantee high-level support," the company says.

"Palfinger Sany Mobile Cranes rely on professionally guided trainings to give its customers, operators and service partners, professional product knowledge."
