15 April 2014Field ID is the new compliance and electronic asset management system. The programme automates inspection results so that inspectors can instantly upload details from their Ipad or smart phone to the system.
The system also features online asset management, this allows access to inspection reports and management of asset compliance. Customers securely access reports, certificates and easily look up each asset for compliance or noncompliance details. This can be done from any PC or mobile device, allowing access to information at anytime.
There are two options for the tag inspection options on the system. Firstly there is the RGBY (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow) tag system. Tags match the current inspection colour and any failed products are tagged with an 'Out of Service' sticker. The other is the traditional tag system where a green tag for inspected and approved items and a red tag or yellow 'Out of Service' sticker for failed items.
