Hyva launches 60tm cranes

Hyva has added a 60tm family to its new Edge Line of truck-mounted cranes comprising four models.

The four models are: the HC601e with standard lifting control system; the HC661e with proportional lifting control system and a lifting capacity 10% greater than HC601e; the VR60MNG marine crane has a surface treatment for marine applications; the VR62MNG marine crane adds a lifting control system.

Each model has two jib options, J1206 light jib for lifting horizontally and J2006 heavy jib for lifting vertically. The Edge Line is to be produced on a new crane assembly line in Poviglio, Italy.

The company, headquartered in Alphen aan den Rijn in The Netherlands and operating in 110 countries, said: “These heavy cranes are the most compact and light and have the best lifting capacity currently available in this segment of the market.”

In addition to standard features such as: double linkage, negative angle, up to eight extensions, endless slewing, multifunction radio remote control and auxiliary manual control valve on column side; other innovations include: auto levelling system, operator auto detection, front stabiliser control, compact installation kit, dynamic load diagram, and magic touch which allows automatic folding and unfolding to transport and working positions.
