Imperial Crane Services of Bridgeview, Illinois recently took delivery of its first 10 cranes of a 45-crane package from Tadano.

At the end of 2006, Imperial Crane received contracts for two massive refinery expansions that would go from 2008 through 2012. The $20 million Tadano order was half of the total $40 million order of new cranes. The total package includes 35 Link-Belt and 10 Liebherr cranes.

As a dealer for Tadano America Corporation, B. J. Bohne, President of Imperial Crane Services, worked closely with Ron Dogatch of Tadano America Corporation to put this package together. Delivery of the 45 Tadano cranes is spread out through 2008 and consists of ten 30-ton, ten 50-ton, ten 60-ton, ten 80-ton and five 15-ton rough terrain cranes. This was the total availability that Tadano had at the time the package was completed.

The company is expecting further purchases, which will be necessary before the projects are completed.
