Schramm rejoins Terex Cranes

Thomas Schramm has returned to Terex Cranes as vice president sales and product support, EMEAR, after a seven-year stint at Tadano Faun.

In his role, he will drive the sales and product support strategy and lead team members in EMEAR for the extensive line of Terex and Demag branded mobile and crawler crane models.  Additionally, he will act as a Demag brand ambassador globally.

Schramm began his career in the crane industry with Demag in 1987. Throughout his career at Demag and Terex, he held several sales positions, including director international sales before leaving in 2010.  

Prior to rejoining Terex Cranes, he was the general manager sales & marketing at Tadano Faun. Among his tasks was the management of the subsidiaries Tadano UK and Tadano France SAS.

With Schramm’s return to Terex, Carsten von der Geest has taken the role of vice president of global commercial operations and global used equipment. In this new position, von der Geest will drive ongoing activities and process improvements across our commercial organizations globally and lead global used equipment efforts. Additionally, he will take on a leadership role with several strategic customers.
