Terex brand Franna, an international supplier of pick and carry cranes, has named Vianney Largillier as its new regional sales manager for North America.
The appointment aims to advance the company’s development in the region by focusing on increased customer engagement and expanding distribution channels.
Largillier most recently worked for Maeda Mini Crane in the US and brings with him a background in crane sales, equipment rental, and the construction industry.
He is originally from France and started career in heavy construction before progressing into equipment rental and sales, combining both technical knowledge and practical experience gained in field-based roles.
In his position at Franna, Largillier will work directly with contractors and rental companies. His responsibilities include supporting distributors and raising awareness of the uses of pick and carry cranes for customers throughout North America.
The company highlighted that his experience in building customer relationships and developing rental channels will be key as it looks to grow its market presence in the region.
Franna sales director Peters Koschel said: “Franna has established a foundation in North America, and our focus is now on expanding market adoption and supporting customers in the field.
“Vianney brings a practical, solution-focused approach and a strong understanding of how equipment is used on site. His experience working closely with rental companies and end users will be important as we continue to grow the business in this region.”
Largillier said: “My approach is simple – understand the job, be on site with the customer and find the right solution. That might mean demonstrating the machine, supporting training or working through the application in detail.
“There is a real opportunity to show how pick and carry cranes can improve safety and efficiency on North American jobsites, and I’m looking forward to working closely with customers to build that understanding.”
Franna entered the North American market with its AT24 US crane and has since expanded its product line to include the FR19 US and AT44 US models.
Parts and service coverage for customers across the country is provided by the Terex Louisville facility.
