Manitowoc owned brand Potain has named PT Potaindo Machinery as its official dealer in Indonesia, a move that will see the company provide nationwide sales, service, and parts support for Potain’s tower cranes.
The appointment extends Potain’s reach in the country and aims to deliver local assistance and expertise to crane customers across Indonesia.
PT Potaindo Machinery has experience in supporting Potain equipment and operates with a team of technical, sales, and service professionals throughout the country.
The company serves a range of construction projects and lifting tasks, offering both sales and rental services for Potain cranes.
As part of the agreement, PT Potaindo Machinery will stock genuine Potain spare parts and deliver technical support intended to boost crane uptime for customers.
In addition to parts supply, the company also offers crane rentals that include experienced operators, aiming to provide comprehensive lifting solutions.
Potain regional sales manager Johnny Kuah said: “PT Potaindo Machinery brings strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of the local market, enabling us to deliver the reliable service our customers expect.
“This partnership ensures customers across Indonesia have access to responsive service, parts availability, and experienced teams.”
According to Potain, PT Potaindo Machinery’s “3S” values, Service, Safety, and Satisfaction, are central to the new arrangement. The company says these pillars guide its service offerings across the country.
