The vacuum pump motor is designed to switch off once the required vacuum is achieved and to switch on if the vacuum drops below a preset level. Additionally there is a vacuum accumulator tank in the Combat’s structure. In practise this means that the Combat can operate a full 8 hour shift before recharging is necessary. A warning light and audible signal alert the operator if vacuum level falls. A number of quickly interchangeable heads can be fitted to the unit to suit a wide range of products and applications.
