Seat manufacturer Milsco Diplomat will be showing its new XL-100 Deluxe adjustable seat and its FA-100 Air Suspension which features an optional built-in air compressor.
Deutz sold 136,000 diesel engines last year ranging from 4kW to 740kW, and is growing faster than the market, but as yet it has not really been able to crack the crane market as it would have liked. After a year on the market, Krüger Systemtechnik has sold its Mark 4K load moment indicator, designed for mobile cranes, to kit manufactured by Manitowoc, Hyundai and Sennebogen. An integral data logger is available as an option which allows operation-related data to be stored. An economy recorder stores long-term information on the crane operation and all stored information can be transmitted to a PC via the integrated interface.
At Bauma the company presents the full range of its safety monitoring equipment, including the PCD system for payload measurement on wheeled loaders and the Mark 3E/1 load moment limiters, which were originally designed for reach stackers but are now also popular among crane operators.

Hetronic has developed a radio-controlled anti-two block system at the suggestion of US truck crane manufacturer IMT. The limit switch signal is transmitted by radio instead of a cable reel down to the crane control. The transmitter is powered by an integrated solar cell.
