Fleet Cost and Care says Atom 2.0 allowed field crews to work more efficiently by showing workforce locations in real time, eliminating travel time, paperwork and transport. The program allows users to remotely track labour, work orders, maintenance, and lost parts on there mobile device. It also lets the user search for available equipment, employees, and detailed job information.
The software allows users in the field to provide an accurate quote to a potential customer. An employee can offer the latest pricing, services and job descriptions at the job site. Work orders can also be completed remotely. The system lets the user create and track detailed activities and post them once the items are completed.
Atom 2.0 has a payroll feature that lets employees enter their hours on their mobile device immediately. The programme also has an electronic signature function.
