CombiDrive2 builds on the success of Hiab’s proven CombiDrive control unit, but introduces some important new developments such as three interactive display screens that give the operator an instant assessment of the crane’s operational information. These will allow safer and more accurate operation of the crane, with much greater feedback from the crane unit. Ergonomic design has been given careful consideration, and all functions on CombiDrive2 have also been bundled intuitively in a set of customisable menus, accessible at the click of a button.
Hiab’s new XS 377—the crane that completes the company’s 20t–40t line up—will have the longest outreach and be the most powerful crane available to be installed on 3-axle trucks. The three-model crane range is being launched this spring.
