The main office in Sassenheim, 20 minutes from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, is the centre of the crane rental and main sales point of UCM.
The rental fleet has 20 cranes from 30-400t, 18 Spierings mobile tower cranes, 12 Manitex boom trucks, three knuckleboom truck trailers and three Sany crawlers. Verschoor transport group has seven heavy duty tractors and trailers.
UCM stands for buying and selling of used cranes and materials, and also buying cranes to dismantle for spare parts. This is a newly developed concept to re-use all the spare parts in good condition. Delivery time is faster and most of the time cheaper than from dealers or manufacturers.
The workshops and stock departments for used cranes and spare parts are all within 35 minutes of Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.
In the last 17 years we have dismantled more than 150 cranes for spare parts. All these dismantled parts like booms, jibs, uppers and carriers are stored in the city of Almere, near Amsterdam.
These parts are stacked in flat racks in a new 3200 sq m. building, where we can lift 70t with our overhead cranes.
The flat racks are stacked six high and easy to handle with our overhead crane. We can ship the parts out within a maximum of four hours.
Our locations in Holland are nearby all the big ports like Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Antwerpen, Zeebrugge, Bremerhaven amd Hamburg.
In the stock depot, 20 minutes from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, we have the small spare parts like engines, gearboxes, axles, cabins and winches stored.
