A Kobelco BM900HD-2 with 17m crane boom and diaphragm wall-bucket working on the foundation for yet another high-rise building in Shanghai.

One of the most recent was the CKE2500-2 on show at Bauma China 2006, sold to China Eleventh Chemical Construction Company (ELECO), a state enterprise for construction contracting. In 2007, ELECO is expected to buy another.

It has also launched special models for the Chinese market, including the CKE4000C (the second ‘C’ stands for China). With heavy-duty boom, the crane can lift 350t at 6m. Its light-duty boom can extend to 96m. Its luffing jib can lift 113t at 16m and it can be built up to a boom+jib length of 72m +54m.
