The machine records crane lifts and configurations through eight digital inputs and two analogue inputs, and monitors the crane’s location with on-board GPS. It can send text messages with fault codes, and can also start up and shut down a crane remotely with text messages. Early customers include Walz Construction Company in Gladstone, Queensland, Australia, who kitted up a 14t Linmac crane, and Bechtel, which outfitted some of its Manitowocs.
