The Fassi M40A.1 has a lifting capacity of up to 4tm and a maximum hydraulic outreach up to 6.9m. The M40A.1 can obtain maximum performance by being completely horizontal without reduction of reach or being in articulated configuration.
The new model of the micro range belongs to the HC1 HD4 S2 class (former B3 class).
The Fassi F26A active crane replaces the F22A and can provide a more compact structure with a consequent reduction in its overall dimensions, thanks to the use of special ultra high strength steels and cast components for a reduced weight.
The F26A combines the features related to the previous model with improved weight and overall dimensions, and a performance of just under the limit of 30 kN/m. The new F85B.2 dynamic crane has distinctive features and performances, adaptable to every need suitable for its range, the company says.
The F85B.2 has been designed to offer the possibility of having hydraulic extensions on any version without changing the cross bar or replacing the stabilisers.
The Fassi F120B.2 dynamic crane has a lifting capacity up to 11.1tm with a maximum hydraulic reach up to 14.1m. It has lifting link positioned at the joint between the mast and the main boom and a second lifting link between the main boom and the secondary boom. This light-range crane is equipped with the Automatic Dynamic Control (ADC) device, which automatically controls the dynamic of all crane functions, providing the maximum speed depending on the applied load.
The Fassi F365A e-dynamic crane is a rod and pinion rotation crane with a load moment capacity up to 34tm and hydraulic reach up to 32.8m with jib. The F365A is supplied as standard with the proven FX500 control system, the D850 hydraulic distributor, the Fassi RCH/RCS radio remote control and the FSC-S or H stability control.
The Fassi F545RA xe-dynamic crane has a load moment capacity up to 51tm and hydraulic reach up to 30m with jib. With this model Fassi achieves the aim of producing a true 50tm class crane with dimensions that are compact enough for installation on a three axle chassis, the company says.
The Fassi F2150RA.2 hedynamic crane has a lifting capacity of up to 151tm and a maximum hydraulic reach up to 31m with L916 hydraulic extension. It is the first crane to reach a height of 35m and moves away from the concept of the foldable front-mounted crane, since the crane stays flat on the caisson.
“All the products on display have been chosen very carefully for ConExpo because they represent the latest model in each respective product series. Fascan has chosen to exhibit these cranes because they excel in terms of performance, efficiency and versatility,” says Giovanni Fassi, Fassi owner.
“This is essential for the North American market because it reflects the industry potential and diversity, which is alive in North America, covering several sectors of not only construction but also maintenance of the infrastructure and the oil and gas, green maintenance, and railway sectors.
Towards the heavier end of the range of products exhibited, the high-capacity articulated cranes can also operate in situations where reduced dimensions are essential. Thus, Fassi’s range reflects the versatility requirements of the North American Market.”
Fascan will have its team of sales representatives available during the show, including CEO Bernie Faloney, to answer questions about the company’s newest equipment, safety components, as well as the state of the construction and concrete-handling equipment markets.
Fassi recently invested in minicrane manufacturer Jekko, in a new venture with the brand’s founders. Jekko will showcase a range of mini cranes such as the SPD209, SPX312, SPX424, SPX527 and SPX1040.
Also on display will be the SPK 60, a mini crawler crane with a lifting capacity of 6t, which can be equipped with three different jibs: 1,500kg hydraulic jib, 1,500kg lattice jib and 3,500kg searcher hook jib.
From the mini pickers range, the MPK 20 will be exhibited with a new glass vacuum manipulator MR800.
“We aim to launch these products in the North American market because there is an increasing request on that area, more than in the past,” says Mauro Tonon, marketing and sales manager.
