Zoomlion trucks at Bauma China

The company, featured in Cranes Today in October, announced several changes. An undisclosed US investor has bought 16% of the company. The single largest shareholder, with 26% of the company, is Hunan Province.

It has begun what it claims is the first crane leasing programme for cranes out of its Beijing office. It has also announced plans to extend downstream production and to encourage the build-up of a logistics park for suppliers around its Changsha factory, as has rival XCMG. The company is planning for exports to be 40% of turnover by 2011.
