The St Paul, Minnesota, US Engineer District, is seeking tenders for the supply of a 65–70 US ton rough terrain crane.
Contractor is to provide a minimum 60–75 US ton rough terrain hydraulic crane. The crane shall have a minimum boom length of 100ft; jib would not be needed but is acceptable. The crane shall be capable of lifting 15,000lb at a radius of 50ft with outriggers fully extended. The crane shall be inspected by a qualified individual in accordance with EM385-1-1, which is the US Army Corps of Engineers Safety Manual.
Contractor must submit the type, model, and any necessary information to show that the crane meets the requirements of this scope of work. Rental period will be from 1 December 2007 to 28 February 2008.
