Turmdrehkrane: Über 100 Jahre auf Baustellen in aller Welt will be published in German, and includes information on more than 100 years of European tower crane design and application. The book also looks at the individual development history of other core markets for tower cranes like Australia, USA, China and Japan.
The book has been written by Stephan Bergerhoff, Pius Meyer and Heinz-Gert Kessel, who said it, ‘may be the first book concentrating on the development of tower cranes in different world markets’.
The authors added that the book gives readers an, ‘outstanding overview about tower crane design principles in the last 100 years’, as well as insight on the, ‘modifications of the tower crane concept in the main core markets’.
