Action Construction also intends to acquire increase its stake in the foreign firm, by way of an open offer, through its Cyprus arm, it said in a statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
SC Forma will manufacture cranes, loaders and forklifts.
Action Construction is planning to use the acquisition to open a door into the European market, it said.
