All will be the exclusive dealer in Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, for all Terex brands, including Terex, Demag, American and Peiner. It will also be a dealer for the brands in Wisconsin. The deal comes as Terex reorganises its sales network in the US, consolidating sales in a limited number of dealerships.
