Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

Allied Systems Company is the only company that has the technical propriety data necessary to manufacturer the required parts. This requirement is being solicited under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) and FAR Subpart 6.302-1. Allied Systems Co is the only company that has the technical propriety data necessary to assemble the required parts for the cranes installed on the 175 foot Cutter.

The crane parts will be delivered F.O.B. Destination to the U.S. Coast Guard NESU Portsmouth, USCG NESU Portsmouth (LST), 4000 Coast Guard Boulevard, Portsmouth, VA 23703-2199. The required delivery date is 05 April 08. Items shall be packed, packaged and marked in accordance with commercial standards.
