Gabbard is a lifetime Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area resident who has been in the crane and construction industry for nearly 20 years. After earning a Business degree from Northern Kentucky University in 1983, he worked in billing, payroll, dispatch, service, accounting, and sales for a local rental company.
He later joined RECO equipment as the regional manager responsible for a large region in the Ohio and Kentucky area.
