Anthony Crane Rental has placed an order with Terex Cranes for hydraulic cranes with a total value of more than $33m.
The order is for 131 units, mostly rough terrain models with capacities ranging from 22 to 90 US ton (20t to 82t), plus some 40 ton truck cranes.
Anthony, based in Monroeville, Pennsylvania, has been a Terex distributor since 1988. Company president Sam Anthony said: “We and our customers obviously like the mix of capabilities and value delivered by Terex cranes.
Terex Cranes’ president and CEO Fil Filipov described the order as “an important endorsement of what we are trying to accomplish – providing quality equipment that is simple to use, readily available and cost-effective”.
