Barnhart Crane and Rigging Co. and Armstrong Crane and Rigging, Inc., of New Brighton, Minnesota, USA, have entered into an agreement under which Barnhart has purchased Armstrong, including its operated crane rental service and all associated personnel and equipment. The purchase marks Barnhart’s third acquisition this year.
