Eric Etchart, president, Manitowoc Cranes, will talk about the state of the market in 2010, while Ralf Ressel, Terex’s director of research and development, will look at designing cranes for safe working at height. Already announced to speak at Middle East Cranes 2010, Klaus Binder, project manager, Liebherr Biberach, will also speak on safety.
