Danish rental company BMS took over HVS Kraner, based in Odense on the island of Funen, on 14 October. ‘The takeover is a continuation of our acquisition last year of Krangaarden, giving us a stronger position within the machinery erection and transportation market segment in Denmark,’ BMS managing director Søren Jansen told Cranes Today.
