Some parts from the existing crane shall be reused whereas other parts shall be fabricated. The bulkhead crane and associated lifting beam in their disassembled state s hall be cleaned and painted prior to reassembly. The estimated cost range for this project is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. This solicitation is hubzone set-aside. Contract type will be Firm Fixed Priced Construction, with partial payments subject to Availability of Funds FAR Clause 52.232-18. A SIC code of 1611, FSC Z038, and NAICS 237310 has been established for this solicitation.
