Cargotec, the parent company of Hiab loader cranes, said the change – which impacts cash flow by €19M – covers the move away from centralised services towards a more entrepreneurial decentralised structure.
The company added that employee cooperation negotiations concerning the entire personnel and lay-offs have largely been concluded. Cargotec estimated that the measures taken will result in approximately €30M cost savings this year.
