The transfer includes cranes assembled on forestry machinery and stationary mounted off-road crane models. The transfer of the business and relevant expertise, including some key staff, will occur during October.
Mesera had been supplying Cargotec with components for cranes, and since September, assembled off-road and stationary cranes. Under the terms of the deal, the business transferred to Mesera can continue under the Mesera-Loglift brand for a certain period. Hiab will continue to sell on-road cranes under the Loglift and Jonsered product names.
