I. Introduction.

a. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

c. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-10, Effective 28 Jul 2006 and Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-11, Effective 05 Jun 2006.

d. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 333120, with a size standard of 750 employees.

e. Basis for award the US Army TACOM LCMC intends to award to the company offering equipment that meets the minimum requirements set fort below at the lowest price.

f. Delivery and Acceptance shall take place at ORIGIN.

g. Equipment shall be proposed FOB ORIGIN.

h. This acquisition is rated DO-A4 under the Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS)

i. The awarded contract will be Firm Fixed Price
