Cattron said the move is intended to take advantage of its São Paulo, Brazil – based operation and its proximity to other South American markets along with its cultural and language similarities.

“I am very optimistic about this new responsibility,” Neves said. “I believe that I will able to help our distributors in South America increase our market share and support our products better. The key factors will be language, Latin culture, geographic proximity, and shared experiences.”
Neves, born and educated in Brazil, has Degrees in Electronic Engineering and Maintenance Management. He has been with Cattron since 2003 and is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
