AmQuip, based at Trevose, Pennsylvania, was previously owned by a consortium of investors including Altpoint Capital Partners LLC.
The company serves 36 states from 13 locations across the US, with a fleet of around 500 cranes, covering lifting capacities from 6t to 716t.
