The SPK60 is a non-stabilized crane with a 3t capacity and extensible track in pick and carry mode up to a 6t maximum lifting capacity and with a 28m boom with jib. The Jekko says that the crane represents the most performing and compact solution in its category. In addition, the crane can guarantee reliability because it has the electronic components which were long used on the SPX1040-1275 and it is also driven by the Euromach/Sampierana track SPX60.
The new MPK50 confirms Jekko’s presence in the sector of battery-fed wheel-driven industrial handling equipment. The MPK50 will be unveiled along with the new MPK25, the fully radio remote controlled evolution of the MPK20 featuring a 2.5t capacity. This crane represents an ideal crane for hiring, glazed pane laying, and industrial handling and maintenance operations. Jekko will also show a new series of hydraulically and electrically-fed glass manipulators in addition to new suction pads for hook lifting of flat and curved glazed panes.
In order to comply with the strictest North American and European environmental regulations on CO2 emissions, Jekko has designed the new Kubota Tier V TPEM Engines. The company says: "The new variable displacement hydraulic pumps offer extremely precise handling and top-level performance to the SPX527-1040-1275 models with limited power and consumption.
"The compact and user-friendly SPX424 will be showcased to the visitors with the new JIB8002H.1MX, reaching 15m high. The SPX527 is considered the minicrane par excellence: rugged and reliable for yard operation in the most weather-beaten working environments. It will be also equipped at Bauma with a new 3-extension hydraulic jib featuring a 1000kg maximum capacity. This new minicrane fully exploits the capabilities of the SPX527 for better performance at top heights."
The SPX1275 was unveiled last year during the major international expos and it redefines the minicrane concept and set a new standard: 2t pick and carry, 7.5t maximum lifting capacity, 1500kg 3-extension hydraulic jib, 27.2m maximum working height and a 4.6×4.6m stabilization area turn this midi-crane into the market leading model. Jekko will present this crane with full options and equipped with the powerful JIB15003H.
This new series of minicranes is a consequence of an ongoing investment in Research and Development. In order to offer great reliability Jekko combines high-resistance steel grades and radio remote controls from Sweden with Made-in-Italy hydraulic parts.
Another innovation is the Jemmy (Jekko Man Machine Interface) software which is available on the SPX series and it is an extremely versatile and powerful instrument.
This centralizes all functions in a single colour-display control panel and check the regular functioning to safeguard the machine operators and the load being lifted. A large colour display enables an easy manmachine interface, monitors the lifted load and control the boom position and the stability of the different operating sectors and preventing dangerous operations.
As a complement to its powerful limiting device, the Jemmy system adopts a bidirectional safety remote control. Two-way communication verifies all movements at the same time, receives information on the machine status in real time and detects possible alarms. Proportional optical joysticks control the crane boom as well as the track operation. Jemmy also manages many other innovative functions, such as the VW (Virtual Wall), creating a virtual space where the machine can move so that the crane can operate safely in the smallest and most critical places, avoiding the impact against nearby objects or equipment within the crane operating range
