The crane shall be operated both on diesel and electricity. The system for combined use of diesel and electricity shall have been tested on old cranes and cranes in use at present. It shall also be presented documentation showing that the system is 100% reliable. The Awarding authority will carry out a two-stage process where prequalification of tenderers is stage 1. Interested suppliers who fulfil the prequalification requirement will receive the tender documents as a part of stage 2.
