This request for quotation is a crane and driver:
1 – Dayshift use of 25k crane & driver (1000-1800) 15-17 June 09 for movement of equipment/aircraft in Hydra 2009 Exercise Qty: 16 Hours
2 – Nightshift use of 25k crane & driver (16000-0000) 16-18 June 09 for movement of equipment/aircraft in Hydra 2009 Exercise Qty: 16 Hours
3 – Highway Permits (one-time fee) movement of crane on roads to & from Castle that will be used in Hydra 2003 Exercise Qty: 1 Each
4 – Fuel Surcharge (7% total) is for the fuel that will be used to operate the crane that is used during the Hydra 2009 Exercise Qty: 1 Each
5 – 25k crane & driver mid-shift (0001-0800) 13June 09 for movement of equipment/aircraft in Hydra 2009 Exercise Qty: 8 Hours
Award shall be made in the aggregate all or none.
