Mission and Installation Contracting Center, Fort Eustis, VA anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contact for programmed and unprogrammed drydocking, cleaning, painting, repairs and modifications to US Army active and reserve vessels stationed on the East Coast. There are 57 vessels on the East Coast; four logistics support vessels (LSVs) (Class A); 10 landing craft utility 2000 (LCUs) (Class A); two large tugs (LT-800) (Class A); one large tug (LT-Flt 3) (Class A); four small tugs (ST-900s) (Class A-1); two crane barge derricks (BD) (Class C); twenty-two landing craft mechanised (LCMs-8s) (Class B); two barge deck cargos (BCs) (Class C); two barge liquid cargos (BG) (Class C); one side loadable warping tug (SLWT); six modular warping tugs (MWT) and one causeway ferry (CF). Area of consideration for this procurement will be the US East Coast from and including New Jersey through and including Florida. A competitive firm-fixed-price, multiple award IDIQ contract is anticipated with a 12-month base period and two one-year option periods. This requirement is solicited as full and open.
